Bootcamp

$10 / 60 MINUTE SESSION or $100 for 10 classes

Bootcamp classes include a thorough warm-up, interval style training, a cool down and stretch. Classes are designed to address as many components (muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, power, speed, agility, balance and coordination) of fitness as possible in an hour time slot.

 

Mobility and Injury Prevention Class

$10 / 60 minute sessioN

This class will be a gift you give your body and allow you to keep doing all the things you love! We will use a combination of methods to improve your range of motion, strength and movement efficiency. It includes mobility work, foam rolling, and focused strengthening. The goal is to create more freedom of movement in your body, less pain and improved performance.

 

Pelvic Health

$15 / 60 minute session

Pelvic floor is the group of muscles connecting your pubic bone and your tail bone. Both men and women have them and they form a sling under our abdomen to keep the bladder and bowel in place. From yogis, postpartum women, elite and older athletes - everyone benefits from pelvic floor training.

Strengthening the pelvic floor is more than just kegels and incontinence; it’s also essential for low back and hip stability.

This class will help you find both the body awareness to recruit the muscles of your pelvic floor. It will teach you how to contract and relax these important muscles, while also guiding you through pelvic safe exercises.
