Meet Erica

Raised in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Erica is the second youngest of five kids. Growing up she played every sport her parents would let her sign up for. She competed at a national level in many of them including paddling, ringette, soccer and basketball. Her passion for basketball and soccer took her to John Abbott College in Montreal where she was recruited to play Division 1 NCAA soccer at the University of South Carolina. She achieved both athletic and academic success as a varsity player, graduating top of her class with a degree in Exercise Science.

After working in the orthopedic field for two years, Erica returned to school to complete her Masters of Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University. Since that time she has enjoyed combining her passion for exercise with preventative and rehabilitative therapy.

Today, Erica is the proud mother of two beautiful, energetic and often exhausting boys! Her parenting adventures have ignited an even stronger interest in post baby fitness and all the challenges that can come with it. She continues to pursue advanced education in the field of pelvic floor physiotherapy.
